Who we are
This website is run by Sweetbyte Ltd, trading as Perfect Business Apps. We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 09949224, at 16-18 West Street, Rochford SS4 1AJ. Sweetbyte Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described here.

Each of our apps (IdoYourQuotes, PerfectRota and WorkTrackr) has its own privacy policy on its own website, which covers how that app handles your data.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form or email us, we collect:
- your name and, if you give them, your business name and phone number
- your email address
- what you tell us about the app you need, your rough budget, your timescale and how you'd like to meet
We do not ask for any sensitive personal information. Please don't include any in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed. These are used to keep the website running and secure.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or meeting
- to prepare a plan and a price if you ask us to
- to keep a record of our conversations with you
We will not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to. We never sell your information.
Our legal basis
We use your information because it is in our legitimate interests to answer the enquiries people send us, and because you have asked us to take steps before possibly entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services that help us run this website and reply to you:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
- Render, which hosts this website
- our email provider, which stores the emails we send and receive
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
Some of these services may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as we need to for the work and for legal and accounting reasons.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking. If we add website statistics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or ask us to limit how we use it
- ask us to move it to another organisation
To use any of these rights, email customerservice@perfectbusinessapps.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before going to the ICO.
